9-1 Haysi (beat Letcher & Betsy Layne)

7-3 Powell Valley (lost to Breathitt)

7-3 Ervinton (beat Jenkins)

Missing the cut were 1-9 Grundy (SV) & 2-8 Lee (Cawood, Middlesboro).
