Thats awesome QQ, how do you do that?

I use paint shop pro or adobe photoshop.. I used corel paint shop for these..

You need a paint program that supports vector and raster layering so you can add layers on top of other images..Each layer then has its on attributes --you can adjust things like opacity, apply effects and move around the layers..
