On defense they lose their entire secondary (2 C, 1 S), one inside LB, and 2 linemen. On paper it may look like they lose alot, but they played alot of young kids last year. There leading tackler was a sophmore and they started 4 sophmores on defense. On offense they used several young receivers and also had a freshman Fb(6'0 250) that saw a lot of playing time.
All and all, expectations are certainly higher at this point than they were before last season when they won 7 games. They have a good crop of sophmores and freshman that are coming back and their incoming freshman class is very talented. Their junior class is not big, but I think they will step up to provide leadership for the younger kids.
Fleming won 8 games last year not 7, my mistake!
