Pikeville's QB situation....Honaker or Branham??

Oldham Co. beat Louisville Ballard (twice), North Hardin (Andre Woodson was there then), and Lou. Manual (playoff game; Keenan Burton was there then).

Also, running "that offence" they beat Covington Catholic and Lexington Catholic (playoff game). (Lost to Highlands at Highlands in a close game in the final minutes.)

These weren't "wins," but thought this was pretty decent: lost to Lou. Male, Trinity, and St. X by fewer than 10 points (scored a BUNCH of points against Male).

You're right though, "that offence" hasn't not gotten a win against a "good team" since at Pikeville (unless you count Hazard a "good team" when they crushed them in the reg. season game). I vote they DON'T run it next year -- even though it helped them out-gain Henry Clay and Belfry, it didn't SCORE enough points.

And I agree with you, I wish he'd moved to Mayo at qb WAY before they did in 05 (actually it wasn't "mid-season" but rather game 10). Think the Somerset game would've been a battle to the end if Mayo had not gone out.

were any of these games in state semi finals or state championship?

because i didnt say he couldnt beat good teams
i said he couldnt win against a good team when it mattered most
