Yeah I make sure I do. I just sprayed some salt water on it and I'm letting it soak in for a few minutes then I'm going to wipe off around it with a q-tip and spray clean water on it to make sure that i get all the salt out. I use dial soap in the morning nad night. I haven't had a problem with the crusties on it yet, the only thing I have had was some blood that dried when I was asleep Friday night.
