Thanks for the advice coach B. But i don't want to be one telling the coach what to do. Our problems here run deeper than one coach. But we have went backwards. Team spirit is very low. I will not gripe in my community. I don't want to undermind my sons coach. I hate seeing my son go through this though. Losing is terrible and no fun.

Bill Baldridge is a good man. I hope he gets things turned around.
