The high court just upheld the ruling, and it will be the first time anyone has been executed for anything other than homicide (or rape and homicide).

Sound unjust or unlawful? SHE WAS 8 YEARS OLD. He deserves to be tortured then killed in a slow, painful manner.

Think it's still unjust or unlawful? HE BRAGGED TO ANOTHER MAN THAT THE GIRL "BECAME A LADY TODAY." He deserves to be tortured and killed slowly and painfully then to suffer for the rest of eternity.

Makes me scared and cautious to ever bring a child into this world.
