if powell plays as a team and not as individuals then they should come out on top, powell having a team for 20+ years, and not have a winning season yet, i think its time for things to change, powell might or might not win, it will be interesting non the less, i still think powell will win, and Rice will show why he should be a top qb in eastern ky.
