Why should Prestonsburg get a new school when they just remodeled the old building a few years back? Parents fought to keep the school at its present location before the board agreed to just remodel the place didn't they? I think so, but I'm not for sure?
Anyway, building two new schools in the county is not fesible. FC isn't the US Gov.
