I recently read an article in the paper where a guy was stealing the hubcaps from a car. The thief didn't realize that the owner was in the car and the owner didn't see the thief. The driver backed up running over the thief's hand.
The thief sued and was awarded $12,000 plus medical expenses!
this is America, lol..that doesnt surprise me at all. If I knew the thief was behind me, he wouldnt have lived to fill out the paperwork..
