IMO if a player wants to play ball at an out of county school than the parents should move to the county so the kid could play there. I have seen a lot of good players go to other counties to play because they dont like the coach at there respective school and that is not right if you live in a county than you should have to go to school there. If you want to play for a school out of your county than move. IMO
