You can't say that every dog fatality would result in the owner being charged with murder.

It has to be looked at on a case by case basis. If the owner was neglecting, training the dog for fighting, etc. then yes, the owner should be held responsible in some way.

You've yet to show me one institutionally backed study that shows that pit bulls are inherent killing machines.

I appreciate your sarcasm. Every piece of information I have given you has come from dog bite/dog attack studies, temperament studies, reports, and statistics.

You can run away from any of the facts I am giving you, but you have yet to prove a single point that you've made.
