I think the Blackjacks are awesome. Another thing though, Midee on your Razr's the battery life problem may have been due to if you leave your Bluetooth on. This was my problem, lasts a whole lot longer now that i turn it off.

Never really had a battery problem with my RAZR. I would lose calls, they would just randomly just shut off, I would lose services in places that I have always had full bars like home. The problem started when I bought the phone. Got it for 20 bucks so I went ahead and bought me a bluetooth earpiece. After the first time they synced up they would never link up again. I went through 5 phones and 5 different earpieces in the first week and finally gave up on using a bluetooth. The store and customer care were both just baffled. Then about 7 months later it crapped out again and they sent me the upgraded V3XX for all the trouble I had with the V3 and it crapped out in about a week. I got this last one in November and knock on wood it is doing fine but the warranty is up in February.
