We had it for about a week. I thought it was so very slow after having DSL. They dont tell you they put a cap on how much you can upload or download at cable speeds. After you go over that cap, you are about half as fast as general dial up. When we tried it, they had a 30 day trial period or something like that, took it back, all was well after the DSL was installed at the new place.
