More Cowbell, I had the same problem. Switched from DSL to Dial-Up through Mikrotec and it sucked to say the least. I then was told by Blackcat Student about a Broadband Card I believed they are called through your cell phone provider, mine being Appalachian Wireless. Acts like a Cell Phone signal. Helps alot, really enjoy it, not same as DSL but best you can do.
