Where is the Hensley guy from?

Below is a snapshot of a press release from the Fayette County Schools on 01/01/2005:

David Hensley was named the new football coach at Paul Laurence Dunbar High School during a press conference held at the school today. Mr. Hensley was the head football coach at East Jessamine High School in Nicholasville, Kentucky, where he had been since 2002. He has also worked as offensive and defensive coordinators and as a positions coach in several area high schools including Madison Central, Harrison County, and Somerset.
He was named the 2004 District 6-3A Coach of the Year and the 2003 Jessamine County Schools Coach of the Year. During his time at East Jessamine High School he compiled a 27-9 record and led the team to the playoffs every year. In 2003, his team's offense was ranked 1st in the state. Their defense was ranked 7th. Prior to his tenure there, the team was 4-7 and ranked 34th in their division.
