FRANKFORT, Ky. (AP) - A federal judge has given Kentucky until
Friday to launch a Medicaid program that would help people with
mental disabilities live more independently.
U.S. District Judge Joseph Hood says the state must begin providing services such as personal care, transportation and adult day care to settle a lawsuit brought by people with disabilities.
