Pending Credit-ACH?
#3
Usually when you have a pending charge, its just means youve bought something and the bank has not actually taken out of your account yet but they acknowledged the charge.

Or you have account activity, like a deposit, that hasnt been credited to your account yet.

US BANK is the worst to hold a deposit.

EXAMPLE:
If you have $100 in your bank account, and you deposit $400, you will have $500 total in the bank, but US BANK will put pending on the $400 for a couple of days, so if you write a check or use your debit card and spend $300 and your deposit is still pending they will stick you with a OVERDRAFT fee.

Thats how they make their money. Coming from a US BANK teller.
