Should Soccer be in all High Schools in Eastern KY

that is why we need to get in place good recreational soccer with GOOD AND QUALIFIED COACHES NOT PARENTS. I for one have now took over a U 19 team and we train just like some of the top teams in the NAIA such as Lindsey Wilson and University of the Cumberlands. Having such coaches as Paula Neto of Cumberland coming in and doing camps will do nothing but improve the abilities of the existing coaches and players which has already begun to take place. Like I said it is a slow and gruling process but it is on the up rise. One thing I have noticed a lot in Pikeville is now parents are pushing their kids at an early age to play soccer rather than football, if we can get coaches in the programs that are dedicated and push the kids to get better while still making it fun then EVENTUALLY the high schools will be able to compete with the upstate schools. Also like I have said before South Laurel was once one of the top programs in the state and was competitive against the likes of Catholic, Manual, Dunbar, Danville and Trinity.
