Breathitt County VS. Johnson Central - Aug.29
#14
BlackcatAlum Wrote:Breathitt only brings back 5 starters on offense this season, so I don't see them scoring 28 on Johnson Central. Johnson Central returns one of the states best defensive backs in Ian Welch, who had 25 interceptions last season. The Central defense also return another really good defensive player in Nathan Dillon.

I'm not making a prediction on the game just yet, its still to soon to really make any predictions on game outcomes right now.
Breathitt was not that talented on offense last season, especially at the WR position, I do not think there will be much if any of a fall-off as far as production. I do realize that JC has talent, but preparing for Breathitt is a lot different than preparing for a typical EKY team that will run the ball 70% of the time at least. Both teams should be prepared for what ever is thrown their way, they have had all summer to analyze each other.
