Obama answered to what he thought was true, McCain was the one playing to votes, doesn't anyone remember Dubya in 2000 and 2004, what did he do about abortion? Nothing, but still you conservatives are flocking to the same BS, this is a man that has voted with bush 90% of the time, and is also looking at several VP's that are Pro-Abortion. People never look deep into issues, they just take what they want to believe, or what they're told to believe.

If you're so determined about stopping abortion, shouldn't you also stop the sell of condoms, the pill, and other forms of birth control? Shouldn't we also ban the sell of drugs like Viagra, because if god has made you "limp", shouldn't you stay that way, because violating that would be going against gods will. Or should you just learn to "pull out"? But wouldn't that be wasting life also? Or is this not part of your agenda. Because the question isn't where life begins, the question is does life ever stop? It seems that nothing will work unless it's a complete stop to abortion, I find nothing wrong with educating people about sex, and letting them know the dangers and risk so that the question of abortion shouldn't be asked.

lol, trying to compare a question about abortion to international affairs is hilarious, and ridiculous, you must have gotten it from fox. McCain is the one with foreign affair issues, he doesn't know what "terrorist" we are fighting, and he claims to have been friends with the president of Georgia since he was 16, but he cant pronounce his name. Is this how we plan to make friends around the world, lie about who is fighting and then call youre "friends" by the wrong name?

But you cant expect much more from the fumbling McCain, which is why I do believe he had prior knowledge of the questions being asked. And Mr. Warren is a biased hack, he lied about McCain's cone of silence, and then goes on tv and bashes obama while praising McCain. The questions asked shouldn't have all been aimed at his crowd, this is a diverse nation, with many different beliefs and views. Believe it or not, but their are Christians in this world that care about poverty, aids, and the environment, they just don't belong to the right.

not once did he mention the problems McCain has had in his life. Aren't all sins equal in gods eyes? If this is true the Christian Warren should have pointed that out, because no man is equal to jesus, unless of course your in the right wing.

It takes 2 people to make a life. Sperm alone can not create a life, so no, condoms and such are not forms of abortion. To even try and argue that is absurd. If I remember correctly it takes around 3 days for the egg to become fertilized. It can take up to 7 or 8. So even day after pills are okay with me, for an unfertilized egg or a floating sperm in the fallopian tubes are nothing but a genetic blueprint by themselves.

IMO life begins when the cells begin to split and divide. If the mothers life is at risk then I am not so much for an abortion as I am for an attempt to go ahead and birth the baby, no matter what stage. It may die, but you gave it a chance. Most of the time in these cases the risk is for a 9month birth, this is why in the case with one of my friends they took the baby prematurely, around 6 1/2 months and there was no problems, this is becoming more common and an alternative to abortion for complicated pregnancies.



International affairs and abortion are very separate issues, but I think the connection is the moral values of the individual. Christian people for the most part, and I hate to generalize, but for the most part want someone they feel is on the same moral ground as them representing our country and nation to the world.

You have no reason to believe McCain knew the questions before the interview, to say otherwise without proof is irresposible and childish. The man had a good night, and Obama didn't. Next time may be different.

Why should the Rev. not ask questions that are important to him and his congreagation? If this forum(not debate) was at the Greenpeace HQ, I would expect a great deal of questions about enviromental issues. People are going to ask the questions that are important to them, as they should.


The sad part is that libs will back Obama no matter what he says or does. They will do anything to ge one of their own in the white house. They will spin everything any which way and put no resposibility on Obama himself to be a good candidate. If the man comes out and says I punch babies and kick puppies and hate white people. Most dems will probably still back him because of their hate for GW. Which McCain and GW have nothing in common for the most part. They hate eachother. You say McCain voted 90% of the time with Bush. Why don't you find me how often Hillary or Obama voted with Bush. Any bill the president signs or introduces is in that figure.
