What I see wrong with Prestonsburg:

1. Too many play fakes at inappropriate times. When it's 3rd and long, no one is fooled by double fakes to the backs. All it does is take pocket setup time away from the QB.

2. NO involvement of the RB's in the passing game. The Blackcats need to be using Craynon and Setser on swing passes and screens.

3. The defensive front got pushed back far too much when Sheldon Clark kept it between the tackles. It's tough for a 4 man line to stand solid, but it MUST happen in the 4-4 and even more in the 4-3 to keep teams from getting 4-5 yards all the way down the field.

4. In zone coverage, the defensive backs are oftentimes guilty of "watching the game". In other words, the d-backs are much too slow to react to the nearest receivers.

5. Discipline was sorely lacking on the defensive front. There were 3 drawn offsides committed by the P-burg line on three plays in a row. DON'T anticipate the snap - WATCH THE BALL for the key to start !!
