Personally, I don't see why they don't play the Apple Bowl at JC every year now that they have started opening up the track area. In the past, before the track was open, it was packed and jammed and not any more comfortable than playing at Paintsville. At least there is a place to stand at Paintsville and I usually stand most of the game anyway. But now that they have opened the track area up I personally don't know why they don't just play it at JC every year. In the Apple Bowl I support Paintsville, but it wouldn't bother me to hold it at Central every year. It isn't like the teams would have to travel very far and a football field is football field. It would make for a more enjoyable and comfortable atmosphere for the fans and that and the revenue is the only reason for playing the game anyway.
