There is much to be said about focus. Here is a tiny little bit: These young men have to learn, yes learn, what it takes to be successful as a team and I'm sure the Coaching Staffs across the state attempt to teach it. A team must recognize their need to first set a goal and be focused on it, not let anything take it away. Take care of their classwork and excel in it, take care of themselves with self discipline(proper food intake, get proper sleep,and exampletay away from skate boards), work hard on the practice field, strive to improve skills that are lacking, take criticism with respect, recognize that your teammates depend upon you, and work together with pride to take care of the task at hand on game night. Focused Teamwork will win. I know, I'm on a soapbox. GO BLACK BEARS!!!!!! RISE AND REDEEM!!!!!!
