First, as of right now, all 3 teams have a District Loss. PCC still has to play Clay Co this Friday so, therefore, one of these two teams will have 2 losses. Also, Whitley is playing LCC this week. Which if LCC loses they will have two losses. If Whitley loses, they will have 1. Personally, I think LCC will win this matchup. Whitley still has to play Clay. If Clay loses, they will have 3 losses if PCC wins. First tie breaker is head-to-head competition. For example, if it's a tie between PCC and LCC then PCC wins because they won the regular season game. If it's a solid 3-way tie then you would go to points of the offense. Then if there were to be a tie there, it would go to defensive points allowed. Which personally, I do not see a 3-way tie regardless of who it is. At the most, it will be a 2-way tie and then the tiebreaker would be based on head to head.
