I want to understand here: are you saying that these girls were held back twice? That they stayed in middle school for four years? Sixth grade, seventh grade, and eight grade twice? If this is the case, LCC might be "best," if that is the name for a ridiculousness very close to cheating.

What is cheating about it, if your girl is the right age and is not ready for high school, why not hold them back for maturity purposes. It's up to the parents, i'm sure the coaches didn't have a thing to do with it! Boys do it all the time, now some girls do it and it's cheating, give me a break! A couple chose to do it, so their friends stayed back with them, nothing at all wrong with that!
