Sadly- there are Shawm Grimm's in every school. It's a shame too- so many kids with so much talent and no one at home willing to push them. It looked like Shawn's support group during high school kept him focused and on track. Unfortunately they couldn't be there for him in college. So many of our high school coaches/staff play a much bigger role in kids lives than most people realize. How many players/parents on this board have seen kids get on a bus at 4:00 for a long road trip, no money in their pocket, no food since lunch at school? It's a sad situation for alot of kids.
