For girls.....
it's gonna be Letcher and South hands down, they are the best two teams no doubt....that may not mean a region final for those two but they are the best

For boys.....
It is probably going to be the usual suspects
Perry, Pikeville, South, Corbin, and OBI
Last year was crazy because South wasn't in the region tourney...they will be back this year though.
I don't think Corbin will be anywhere close to as good as they were this past year, they lost a HUGE graduating class.
Perry lost some big players as well in Lunsford, Watts, and Amis. But they do have some good returning players that will have to step up and make an impact.
I do have a sleeper though....if they can get a decent coach that can motivate the team to work hard and really get better....I think that Hazard could shock a few ppl this year. They have a pretty good striker (Frasure) and a solid midfielder (jolly) and a very solid defender (Campbell). Teams better not look over them this coming year.
