Yes your young and I can see and understand some of what you are saying..but have you ever been in a life or death situation? To where nothing human can save you? To where it is indeed a miracle that you survived? I'm not pushing my beliefs on you, but I promise you, that if you are ever in a situation like I was in, then you will believe in the miracles He performs. Dude, Ive read your posts on here, and you seem to be a well educated, smart young fella, but I was crushed against a mine roof, fitting a large body into what is roughly 12 inches on top of the machine I got pulled on, to the roof I was crushed against. The force was so hard that it snapped my leather mining belt in half. My hardhat was disintegrated, and my head was dragging the roof for about 15 feet. If that roof was an inch lower, I wouldn't be here today. I broke three vertebrates, and crushed one too fine to repair, I broke 4 ribs, shattering 2, broke my pelvis, tore the meniscus in my knee, broke my big toe because I wear a size 15 boot, and the way my foot was positioned on the battery pack, it bent the steel toe on top of it and broke it. And I had a chunk taken out of my head. After that ride, I fell into a water hole two feet deep, filled with loose crib blocks (wooded blocks). I lost the feeling in my legs for about 4 to 5 minutes, and I couldn't hardly lift my head, and I was worried I was gonna drown. I had never prayed for God to help me so hard in all my life. I couldn't pull myself because the crib blocks were too slippery and I couldn't move my legs. The guy that was driving the man trip went into shock so he was useless. It was me and God. I regained enough feel in my legs to make one leap out of the water..when I was taken outside, it was 18* and snowing, and my clothes were soaked. By the time the ambulance came to get me, and I was taken to the hospital my body temp was 93-94 degrees. And the doctor and nurses were begging me to calm down because I was in danger of going into shock. I have spoken to 6 different MSHA inspectors, and ALL of them said there was no way that I should have survived that, given the conditions of the low top, my size, the weather and everything else. I was one inch from dying. God really does exist. I get aggravated too, when I see scumbag drug dealers living the good life, and young children getting abused and killed. I'm not going to lie, I have often wondered why that happens..but based on my experience, Ive always believed in God, but that day, He proved to me that He was real. I don't claim to be a Bible thumping Christian, but He does exist.

I can understand why you would believe in god because that is truly a remarkable story. But i don't really see that as a proof god exists because while that was happening plenty of kids and Adults were dieing from things such as Cancer, Wrecks, Work Related Accidents, Babies Being aborted. Why would he just take his/her time and save only one person when he/she has the capacity to save them all. He is supposed to be Omniscient.
