Not to mention the fact that the population of the United States and World is increasing meaning there are more people to cause air pollution. So with more people, more vehicles on roads, and more factories you could most likely accurately predict that it will increase more than ever over the next 100 years.
Industrialization, deforestation, and pollution have greatly increased atmospheric concentrations of water vapor, carbon dioxide, methane, and nitrous oxide, all greenhouse gases that help trap heat near Earth's surface, all of which are taking place more now than in the past.
The eight warmest years on record (since 1850) have all occurred since 1998, with the warmest year being 2005.
Average temperatures in Alaska, western Canada, and eastern Russia have risen at twice the global average, according to the multinational Arctic Climate Impact Assessment report compiled between 2000 and 2004.
This thread is hilarious because we're talking about a few cool days in July, but people fail to mention the 70 degree days in January and the fact that we hardly ever see measurable snow anymore. (Not like we used to)
I can't say for sure that humans are causing all of this, but it is real.
This thread was meant to be a joke, just as Global warming is. For every argument that the uninformed bring to the table, there is an argument the of the opposite. Temperatures have increased in Alaska and Russia, but the opposite has happened in Australia, where the temperatures the average temperatures have declined. In the Eastern parts of Antarctica, the thickness of freezing has been increasing over the last 25 years.
Where you live today used to be an ocean. Is it a fact that in certain parts of the world temperatures have risen, yes! But it has declined in other parts of the world. Just as oceanic water tables have increased in North America, the have increased in Africa. Yet, we always hear the doom!
