I know that the KHSAA has schools complete a Title IX Report each year and audits a % of them every year. Schools are required to prove they are at least attempting to offer equality is sports in number, expenditure, facilities, etc. regardless of the source of revenue. What I'm confused about is....volleyball offsets football, girls bb offsets boys bb...but what sport offsets wrestling and how do schools get by with paying coaches of boys sports more than girls sports? (Ex. volleyball coaches make more than the football coaches)
