I think the reason it only increased 1 degree over 100 years is probably because automobiles didn't become popular until the 1920's. Not to mention the fact that the population of the United States and World is increasing meaning there are more people to cause air pollution. So with more people, more vehicles on roads, and more factories you could most likely accurately predict that it will increase more than ever over the next 100 years.

This thread is hilarious because we're talking about a few cool days in July, but people fail to mention the 70 degree days in January and the fact that we hardly ever see measurable snow anymore. (Not like we used to)

I can't say for sure that humans are causing all of this, but it is real.

Your post is a poster child for global warming, which I agree with. Most people assume that because it is cooler in their area, global warming is a myth. In fact, as the icebergs melt, it screws up the sea currents, which can in fact cool a certain area while the earth is still getting warmer. Stardust is a poster child for what I just said.
