It's actually a pretty easy answer (which is better):

Fugate (by a large margin) for the first 10-15 rushes, then Varney for the rest (and increasing progressively with # carries). Fugate has the greater natural tools, but isn't in as good of physical condition and/or with lesser stamina. That's how it looks to me right now.

Colleges pay attention to that, also. Many schools will shy away from players who tire early in games. It's guaranteed they'll do 2x the conditioning at the major college level.
