Seen this last night on WKYT.com.
The chances of it being a black panther are .000000000000000001. They probably seen a large house cat, because I've seen some pretty big house cats. But if it really is a black panther its just one someone had as a pet and its escaped. I know someone in Floyd County had a Tiger but had to get rid of it do to so many complaints.
