BlackcatAlum Wrote:Seen this last night on WKYT.com.I saw a black colored panther in Magoffin County 20 years ago. As for it being a "big housecat", I've never saw a close to 75- 100 lb. housecat. I never told anybody for years that my wife and I saw this or where we saw it. About 5 years after we saw it, I named it to a friend of mine that worked a coal mine near there, and he said they saw it all the time up in the strip area.
The chances of it being a black panther are .000000000000000001. They probably seen a large house cat, because I've seen some pretty big house cats. But if it really is a black panther its just one someone had as a pet and its escaped. I know someone in Floyd County had a Tiger but had to get rid of it do to so many complaints.
