I am not a big basher of refs, heck I have even been one before, but the refs in the 15th region are the worse refs I have ever seen. In ways I think their the reasons why teams in eastern ky can't compete with teams down state. The refs are way too inconsistent at times they call touch fouls, then they don't. Refs down state for the most part let the kids play and only make calls that should be made, 15th region refs try to control the game. I actually saw a game last week at a middle school where the ref never made it past half court, yet he still called fouls etc from 45-50 feet away..It really pathetic, i wish someone would fix this problem
