Nice effort but district teams can count as long as they are not involved in the tie. You pick 4 wins, excluding teams in the tie-breaker. All three teams will use Perry Central, so PCC's points are a wash. North Laurel also appears to be in play for all three, but some teams would benefit more if NL loses so they are stuck with 4 points.
