I dont see the Clippers moving as long as Donald Sterling owns the team. I read somewhere once he had offers to sell/move the team to Anaheim and Nashville but turned them down. I do believe that whenever they do wind up with a new owner down the road, they will move to a different city.
I hope Blake Griffin makes a full recovery and is able to have a great season next year.
