There is no use to even have one then. It is suppose to be for the kids who do not get to play in the A team games. If the ones who start and play A team get to play in this one, it just defeats the whole purpose of rewarding the other kids who don't. They still end up not having a tournament because they will end up being replaced by kids who have already had one. Let these kids play who have to sit on the bench and watch the A team play all year and in the the county tournament. That's just my opion though.
