It sounds to me that the people that do not want the 7th graders that play on the 8th grade teams are afraid of getting beat. With that said it also sounds like the people that do want the 7th graders that play 8th grade games to play in the 7th grade tournament are afraid that they will lose with out them. So whatever the case maybe whats the best for all the kids and pike co. I just wanted to know the rankings

The rankings as I see it from watching kids play and talking to other coaches and using all 7th graders -

#1 - Feds Creek/Virgie

#3 - Johns Creek


#4 - Pikeville
#5 - Belfry/Dorton/Elkhorn City/Phelps


Feds Creek and Virgie are very good. Johns Creek is a work in progress. Pikeville has solid guards but no bigs.

Phelps is listed because they are a solid 7th grade team, but like Johns Creek/Virgie/Feds Creek, play their better 7th graders against A teams.

The winner of the 7th grade tourney will be 1 of the top 3.
