I really don't want to see them develop talent. That's just not interesting to me. Do that in developmental and it'd be fine by me.

IMO, WWE should take the Tuesday night show and make it into a storyline show. No wrestling, just storyline development. That would free up a lot of time during Raw and Smackdown for more wrestling - longer matches, more matches. Not saying they should get rid of all storyline segments during those shows, because they're necessary to hook in the viewers and keep them watching, but you could get so much further in depth with the storylines if something like this was done.

I'm not sure where you want the development to come from. There are no indiependents left. Rising stars are not coming up through Regional promotions any longer. The WWE has to develop talent. Whether they put it on television or not is a different subject. But, as I said, their formul is making money. Their lowest rated shows are doing way better then other networks best shows. If you are making money, then it is not broken. I totally disagree with reducing the number of hours of television. When wrestling was in it's heyday, we had more hours of wresling on television than we do today. There was the Saturday morning and night shows, the Sunday shows, the midnight shows. I'd argue to say that WWE programming is down considerably, yet wrestling is not drawing the same ratings as before. It's not because of the hours of television, it's the charecters that they are building. I understand your point about storylines, but two hour wrstling shows dedicated to wrestling went out the window when WCW Saturday Night went off the Air in 1990, that was a very long time ago. Since then, we have gotten into vinettes and in-ring wrestling has barely covered an hour of a 2 hour show. But, that is not new. Get better writers, make the charecters and storylines better, but you don't need to reduce the television time or talent development.
