Your not going to believe this, but in a way that is already in effect for livestock and dairy farmers. Cows are just like humans, they emit methane gas through their digestive system ( in other words they fart), just like they always have since the very beginning of time. Now thanks to these idiots in Congress and the EPA, there are taxes placed on these animals because of their emissions.
Now, do you see how really screwed up this country is????

I would like to see the proof you speak of.
