I have mixed feelings about that one. Youre getting to get A LOT of kids on here backing there schools up and cursing the other team.
One major difference. Mods and Admins are immediately notified when a post like this occurs, and we are asked to review them. If someone posts something VERY out of line, we can take care of it.

I totally agree about this. If this was decided by the site staff for unregistered people to be allowed to make comments....the comments should not be allowed to post until they are reviewed by a site administrator as are comments made for the first five or so times when a new person registers. That's my five dimes on the subject.
Also, RIUTG, don't sell your boys short there at Whitley. (You said this on Rockcastle's post:biggrin

Harlan is going to be the 5A bear(no puns intended) for everyone on this end of the state to deal with. But, I think you all will be OK this season. I was suprised that Southwestern got beaten like they did, but, I think you all will make some noise late there at Whitley.
Yea i hope your right papa grit. I just hope this schedule helps us later in the year and gets us ready for the playoffs. Im cheerin on the kids from Rock this year. Ive been saying since june they were gonna be a top 5 team in the mountains and there on there way to proving that.

the Tuff schedule has prepared them. Back when Bell was in are district they
were always a lot better toward the end of the year.
I think consistent programs can do that, play Tuff competition at the beginning
of the year and be much improved by playoff time.
The fine line comes when you lose to many and the team loses confidence in
themselves. I think coach black has done a good job of keeping this from happening.
Here's to hoping Whitley squeaks a couple of these tough games out and our
ready to compete come district and playoff time.

This one will go to over time... I see Whitley pulling it out 42-40

I say Whitley wins 35-31, although it's gonna be a tough game against Russell Co.
