Rule #3 for moderators gets broken A LOT by 1 or 2 mods specifically.

This site has its positives over the other one/ones. More Eastern Kentucky/Mountain coverage, and the middle school sections in particular.

The problem is some of the moderators are homers for their school and they do not hide it. We also have a respect/language problem. You almost need to be 18 to read some of the threads.

And that is where a small part of the prob is.
You bad mouth their team after they have already got the pot stirring, you get the ban, they laugh about it.

It's not nearly as bad as when you had the one from Belfry posting on here on her other account. Seems like here lately that a couple are reverting back to that dictator smart elleck type of attitude. You have a couple that are obviously just as power hungry and hot headed as that one used to be though.

Aint that the truth. We have one mod in particular on here that has a mouth so trashy that even adults shouldn't have to be subjected. It makes one wonder what the criteria is to be a mod on here.

There is no language rule here. You have a filter if you enable it.

If you power trippers will take a closer look this was my first account EVER. I havent created anything since the ban. Yeah, I completely agree with that! With some of the language I saw on here after they changed the rule of not using any curse words, some people just went crazy. IMO, I think the site should go back to not allowing curse words so that there are no misinterpretations of this because I can definitely see how it would be hard to tell when you are and aren't being out of line with using curse words but, that's just me.

Good, Like I've said...I have had no problems personally with any mods or other members on here. Sometimes though, the arguing and bickering gets kinda lame. If TorQQue could post rules that are set in stone and let it be known that those are the rules, then there would be no gray area.

According to the rules that are posted for us, the first set of rules that only mods can see, aren't valid anymore. We have 6 rules, and that is all that can be broken. Those infraction rules can't be right, if they don't coincide with our posted rules.

those are the only rules (the one's the mods can see) that we have to chose from. It hasn't been updated if those aren't the rules anymore

It personally doesn't bother me if members choose to use curse words but, I can definitely see how using them could spark an argument faster than using less offensive language.

There are no infractions for using cursewords. The word "Dickhead" is not something that will get you in trouble on this site, BUT, if you put the word "YOU" in front of it, it changes the perspective of the word and then you have an issue. But again, it's not a cursword violation, so people need to back off of thinking cursewords caused any issues here:Shaking:

I think you broke more of a rule then me. You all have been doing it a lot lately. Then you tell me i created another account? If you would of took the time to look, you would of saw i didnt create a new account. So your infractions were wrong on that part too.

And again, since ive not been answered. Was it right of stardust to publicly call out the names of my accounts when its not against any posted rules and has been discussed in many threads that it was ok. Was it ok to perma ban me for this? I mean when you as a mod are told not to do something and you keep doing it, how can you have that type of power?

The only thing i did wrong was call him a dickhead AFTER he called out my names in a thread and threaten to ban me. Which he did soon after.

Stardust is one of are most productive Mods, On the site daily and promotes the website with all his heart. HE is very respected and Liked on this forum. With that being Said, We mods do the best we can. We do not have set rules to follow. We are told to make judgment calls on certain issues and follow all of QQ rules. And we all do that the best we can. I am not for sure where u seen having 2 Accounts is ok. As long as i have been a member that has been a No No. I could be wrong, "It would not be the first time". But until QQ gets on here and determines that having 2 accounts is allowed. We are going to have to stick by are judgment call and stick to one account. I may have my Mod privileges taken away for going the wrong way. But I believe its the best action and I have Stardust back 100%.

We were basically told to stop being "Mall Cops" and "over-policing" essentially everything is supposed to be fair game. The only power we are supposed to use is to prevent legal troubles for the site and to fix thread titles, double-posts, etc...

lol, not trying to point out the obvious but, in literally every single thread, number 3 gets broken. Rule number 6 is being violated in this thread, and rule number 9 had its own thread titled "post padding thread" and yes while it got closed down, it had thousands of post before it did.

Mods are used for that and to help watch over the site when the Administrators are away and can't get on. They are Privileged to do this and they are allowed to give an infraction if someone breaks any rules, when someone is given an infraction it automatically banned for 10 days. Like I have mentioned before I sent QQ a message on facebook asking about multiple accounts, as soon as he get's back to me I will let everyone know what he says (Copy and Paste word for word).

They are some old rules, since there's 2 set's of them I'm not sure which ones are new and which ones are different. I just wrote down the one's that everyone can see and the one's that the mods and admins could see.

Im not complaining about the site, only the mod who i feel is abusing power.
