Breathitt has a lot of weapons and the best thing about breathitt in my opinion is that nice o-line that will give him atleast 5 or 6 seconds to pass.

If I'm not mistaken, and I'm not, Somerset played Belfry to the wire in the playoffs in their meeting. Also Somerset beat a Perry County Central team by 14 that took Johnson County Central to the wire. Didn't Johnson County Central play Belfry right up to the end. Breathitt County beat Somerset on the road. If you think the Pirates make that trip and blow the Jumpers out... You don't know football. If this matchup happens it will go into the fourth quarter close...

Actually in this matchup, most times it comes down to who has
an "on" night. They are usually close enough to each other

Somerset was the exact same size they are now...they were playing up a class in 2010. How do you account for the fact that they beat Perry County Central worse than a team that played Belfry to the wire? Perhaps you should think before you type...I know it is hard for you to do both without getting a headache...but nevertheless you should try it.

The Breathitt\Belfry game will be a great game. Both of these teams are very good and have proven that they can win and there is no "home field advantage." Sit back and enjoy the game if it happens. Comparing a 2010 Somerset vs. Belfry game to a 2012 Somerset vs. Breathitt game has to the most ridiculous thing I've ever read. Too much changes in 2 seasons to even come close to finding anything out with that.

Just out of curiousity, how many does Somerset still have starting from that 2010 team? Belfry has 4 on defense ... Mullins, Ghormley, Messer, and Warren. Messer also saw some playing time offensively, but not much. If Somerset has ONE I'd be surprised.

Not remotely. He backed off to let it drop, it took a freak bounce
off the Belfry player who wasn't expecting ti to bounce his way,and hit the Breathitt player. There was nothing forced about it, just one of the more bizarre to's likely to be seen.

Now to Belfry's credit they did capitalize on postion inside the 10
to take the lead and put Breathitt in worse postion.
