The job he did in his WYMT days was simply masterful.

Old school Sports Overtime was ahead of it's time.

No disrespect intended to anyone, but I doubt SportsOT will ever return to where it was in the 90’s/Early 00’s. I love seeing old SportsOT clips. Looked closer to SportsCenter than most local coverage in present day.

Mr. Milam, a Louisville man, took the time to learn the history of each and every community it seemed. And it shined through in his coverage.

This is a little off topic, I’m trying to do research on Ky high school football history. Specifically for my hometown team. Is there any kind of website where I can find records and schedules from the 60s-90s. KHSAA only has schedules and scores dating back to ‘98. Any help would be appreciated!

Not sure if there are any Pineville Mountain Lions fans on here but, years ago, I found one of the most comprehensive links from (I believe) the Bell County library. It was crazy how much football records, stats, etc they had. It was glorious.

You just sent me down a rabbit hole.

Let's just say I now have every AP All-State Football team back into the 70's now...:insane:

He has links to numerous teams season by season records.

Which team are you researching?

There are also several on here who have been collecting historical data and may be able to help fill in gaps.

I’m searching for Bath County High School. We have been lax over the years on keeping records and stats. I checked that website and found some info

I’d love to see the highlights of these kids Kentucky is handing offers to for no reason, kind of odd to see kids who barely play varsity or dOnT really do much for their team get D1 offers from KY

Wouldn’t be sad if you shared your work 😂

I will go buy a month subscription every now and then when I get an itch or really need to know something. Like when I was trying to get all the PIT Champions and Runner-Ups but still have some holes.

2001 - Rockcastle County vs. Covington Catholic - AAA State Semi-Finals

The Rock is hard, as Aaron Anderkin, Marty Reagan, and the Rockets show Covington Catholic.

A lot of people do not know, when you get offered as say a Freshman or a Sophmore you can't really commit to that offer that far out. I can't remember what it's called, but it's really not an offer were you can call the coach and say I except the offer.

It's a great resource. PT shared it with me years ago, when I started working on the history of Elkhorn City Football.
