First....If..Then...there was no need to even bring the names of the watergirls up.....heck even the fact that it happend didnt need to be brought up. second Pikeville onsided it because they are having a sort of kicking trouble this season if you hadn't noticed. I think they fixed it close to halftime though. As for what happens at the bottom of piles...well thats just football.

It was not an intentional onside kick. After I heard who was kicking for PIkeville I knew the kicks would be terrible. Mainly because that kid is a terrible kicker. Pikeville did get it straightened out around half time when they changed kickers.

Sounds like sour grapes to suggest that Pikeville is not a classy program. If they were as bush-league as some suggest, they would leave starters in the entire game. What would the score have been then? Onside kicks are part of the game... perhaps if BL had recovered some, they would not have chosen that route. Sounds like a decent strategy or a coach working on an element of his team that needed game experience.

It DID seem to be a planned onside.

The score at the time of the onside kick was 0-0. If it had been 50-0 when the onside happened, I might cry 'classless' too. The fact that it happened early with no score makes it seem like it was just something they wanted to work on in a live game.

Funny thing is, the kick was HORRIBLE (went 3 yards -- shows it definitely WAS something that needed work!) and BL got the ball in great field position...but they then proceeded to throw a PICK to give Pikeville the ball back on their 2nd play from scrimmmage.

I've said it before and I'll say it again - Tim and Ted originally went to Pikeville and only attended Betsy Layne for 2-3 years in middle school. People like Tim and Ted want to come to places like Pikeville or Belfry for a shot at a state championship and a scholarship offer, which probably wouldn't happen at Betsy Layne.

Let's keep in mind that their dad went to and graduated from Pikeville. Also remember that they started out at Pikeville. If people didn't look to better themselves this whole world wouldn't be worth a crap load of crap. If they stabbed everybody at BL in the back they did the same thing when they left Pikeville the first time. Tim and Ted are exactlt where they belong. Maroon and White is just in their blood. They are true Panthers! I don't blame them for wanting to better themselves and I'll say that it was probably the best decision they ever made.
