Mike Jones always seemed to have Corbin's number regardless. I think he might have passed some of that down.

I'd say Corbin's *ahem* familiarity with The Arena can be as much of an issue as the refs.

Corbin does not play any more games at The Arena than any other 13th Region team, and the offiicials are from outside the 13th Region unless I'm mistaken.  It's a good thing for Harlan Co. that their coach doesn't make excuses like some of the fans just in case they lose.  That being said, I expect the Black Bears to make it to the finals before losing to North.

Not only am I sleeping, I am snoring.  Davis will b*tch & moan in perpetual fashion when he faces North. Had the refs called an obvious walk on South in the last minute of the district championship at the DOT, Corbin probably wins that game. Can South win aginst North? Yes. But they will need everything to go right. Maybe they can convince the refs to call about five technicals before the game starts for dunking during warmups. Throw in an ejection of Reed and they might have a good shoot.

As for Corbin, first round exit as they fall to Harlan County.

Nobody here arguing that South will beat the Fighting Shepherds. 
The sour grapes about the officiating is getting old. I would be more upset about Corbin’s defensive breakdowns in the third quarter that allowed South to pull ahead
