The Sports Guys..Tonight at7p

Bat Masterson Wrote:I listened to the show too, good job guys.

I heard them talk about an internet feed last year and they said it wasn't possible because of the music they play in the background, etc. They would have to go through a lot of red tape to be able to broadcast that over the net. It is an FCC issue according to them.

thanks bat... i would love to do at least a delayed internet stream of sportsguys and their games.

I just got the word from the man upstairs that although the radio station has FCC issues with the broadcast, anyone can pick up the signal and stream it over the internet with no problems whatsoever.

So it looks like it is doable.

Big thanks to the man upstairs for setting me straight. Big Grin

Basically that without knowing the details, Hazard had no excuse to score 81pts. In these days of a running clock...no team should score that much, especially going for two on conversions.
What goes around, comes around!

I haven't read everything on that game but didn't Hazard have 6 scores off punt and kick returns? If so, that is half of their points on something you can't control.

Before I judge I'd have to know how they scored the rest of the points, how long their starters played, etc.

Going for a two point conversion in the fourth quarter was enough for me to decide.

Did they go for 2 in the 4th after going for 1 the whole game? That doesn't sound right and I would need more info to know what the deal is. With that kind of lead, I can't see them all of a sudden decide to go for 2 unless there was an explanation. (kicker hurt, botched snap, etc.) Otherwise, I agree with you.

I would like to hear a conversation with Coach Dixon to see if it could be explained. He would be a great guest on a local sports radio broadcast. :thumb: As a matter of fact, I think more coach interviews on the show would be a great addition all the way around.
