East Carter @ Raceland 9/18

I should apologize to the readers of Rivals. My comment should have really been directed the Ram fans on another site who see "everything" thru rose (or should I say orange) colored glasses. To hear them tell it, at the first of the year, one would think that with the transfers their team was going to be the best ever. I, reading all this, was actually praying that Raceland would have massive rain storms for every game as it would give them an unfair advantage (i.e. it was all but said that they could walk on water). So, sorry fans of Rivals, I much prefer you as everyone on hear pretty much tells it like it is.

Now as for the transfer thing, I don't think Troxler ever suited up for GC, so I think they have a pass on him. As for the QB, the attitude probably appeared and the work ethic disappeared when he didn't get the start against BC. I feel he has suffered due to the back cracker sell him a bill of goods to come to Raceland. Had he stayed at GC he would have had all the starts under center for 2 years.

That's a bit unfair. From my understanding the same cancer existed in the GC locker room, so to say it was green is just a bit much.

In order to be proactive, should someone get an oncologist on staff at Mason County?

I hate to admit it but Kosar, you do have a point! SHOOT, I HATE TO SAY THAT! Jett has a lot of talent and is a decent kid, just a little lazy at times and lazy doen't cut it in team sports. The other kids seemed ok, but, not much talent in this type of Raceland football. I don't like to get down on any kid no matter where he's from, But like I always say you can't beat homegrown kids! I would rather lose with homegrown kids then win with school jumping kids.

Troxler did suit up his freshman year.

Raceland in a very close game

I never even mentioned these transfers until now. So the orange glass comment is irrelevant to me. I knew it was going to cause problems the minute I found out one of them was trying to be starting QB.
